Forged steel valves are manufactured using a process called ‘forging’. Forging is based on the application provide heat to solid blocks of steel up to a suitable temperature and then using mechanical forces to further process the steel into a finished product. This process is makes the valve body much more stronger and tough enough to withstand higher pressure forces.
Due to forging process valve body become strong and tough enough and suitable for the application in pipeline containing high temperature and high-pressure medium, such as fire working medium, nuclear power plant, petrochemical system, high pressure steam line etc.
